Refunds

Most refunds take between 2-7 business days. Please understand that once we issue a refund, it mainly depends on the bank you are using. If you have not seen your refund in this period of time, please contact your bank directly as sometimes is still pending. Our system will send a refund notification directly to your email provided during your purchase process.

Please note this timeframe applies once your case has been approved for a refund.
